Top of the day to ya! Hope this St. Patrick’s Day does not find you hung over and green. EEKs. That would be so miserable. I am fresh and feelin’ fine this day. I'll confess. I'm a 43 year old woman who wanted to see the Katy Perry movie.  Yep- I said it. It was my choice to see the movie. So many songs. By the end of the movie, I felt as if I had actually attended one of her concerts. Which is fine by me because I happen to like her music. Well, actually there was that one song. Her first to debut under the Capitol label "I kissed a girl." Sorry, never quite got into that one, but it's only one of a growing plethora therefore, not a deal breaker. Can You Give Yourself Permission?

I'm asking YOU.  Can you do it? Can you give yourself permission to: relax? step away from a messy house? take time for you to rejuvenate? be angry with someone you love? grieve? take a nap? say no to a worthy request? ask for help? make your needs known? In my travels across the country I meet more and more teachers; wonderful people, I assure you.
